Since I finished the dishcloths for my mother, I figured that I could start something new without creating complete chaos in the WIP list. Wishful thinking, I know. But here it is:

scarfThis scarf is for my husband, who wants a long, black scarf for Christmas. As I wanted to try cables anyway, I decided to make him Grumperina‘s Sharfik. I don’t like the width of the Sharfik, though, so I’ve omitted one pattern repeat.

I’m using Lana Grossa Bingo in black, with 5 mm needles. I like it very much so far, the pattern is fun, cables are surprisingly easy and the yarn is very soft and squishy.
